Domingo Pino Alcón

Sculptor and illustrator Domingo Pino Alcón was born in 1985 in Madrid, Spain. He studied fine arts in Cuenca, where his works were first exhibited. Later he acquired his master’s degree in Art Education.
Domingo reuses and recycles certain materials and objects to make new artefacts, which are then put in a new context. He’s cooperated with several artists and has taken part in numerous collective exhibitions with his paintings, illustrations, videos and sculptures.
During his stay in Ljubljana, he focused mainly on sculpting. His clay sculptures can be seen in various places at Metelkova Mesto.
